Melody Shreve,
Marketing and Administration
 
    Melody Shreve wears many hats at our firm.  She oversees the marketing, purchasing and administrative duties there, as well as managing special projects when needed.  She has previous bookkeeping and marketing experience through her first job with a small dental lab in Southeast Kansas.  Once and always a Jayhawk, Melody has a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Journalism from the University of Kansas.
    After graduating from college, Melody worked for three Kansas City-area affiliated banks for seven years, in a variety of jobs.  Most notably, she was Assistant Compliance Officer and Officer of Loan Administration.  In her compliance role, Melody was charged with monitoring and auditing the banks' compliance with several state and federal banking requirements, and training bank personnel about current and changing banking laws and regulations.  She created many of the training materials used by the banks, as well as mandatory emergency preparedness plans and documents.  
    As Loan Administration Officer, Melody was placed in charge of ensuring a smooth transition from initial document preparation, to closing, to updated documentation tracking (tickler) for the banks' various loan types.  Those loan types included: commerical business and construction loans, residential home construction, mortgage refinance, auto loans, second mortgages, etc.  The Boards of Directors and Loan Officers at each of the banks looked to her for seamless operation and compliance with all lending requirements. 
      Melody lives in Keller with her husband, a Senior Project Manager for a national retailer in Dallas, and their three wonderful children.  She is active in both her church and kids' schools.
